Dance With ME is the newest dance studio in the Southern Maine area. Our staff is bringing over 40 years of teaching and performing experience and they can't wait to share that with our students. Our goal is to teach students confidence, dedication, focus, loyalty and teamwork all in a fun and welcoming environment. We can't wait to create our DWM family and hopefully you are a part of it!
Our Mission
Our goal is to teach our dancers great technique while also instilling confidence, dedication, focus, loyalty and teamwork into each of our students. Dance With ME strives to create a fun and welcoming environment to students of all ages and levels. We hope our students will find a love for dance while also learning skills to become successful members of our community!
Our Classes
Dance With ME offers a variety of classes in styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, contemporary, and musical theatre. These classes are offered to students of all ages and levels. For our youngest dancers we offer combo classes where they can learn the basics of more than one style. We offer competition teams for dancers grades 2 through high school.
Our Team
Our staff brings a combined 40 years of teaching and performing experience in the Southern Maine area. We know how important it is to have teachers who bring experience in teaching and have an obvious love for what they do. Our staff are skilled, professional and highly trained. They bring positivity, encouragement, and experience to each of their classes. We continue to take classes from experienced professionals to grow ourselves and in turn grow our dancers.
Performance Opportunities
All of our students are offered multiple performance opportunities each season. Our recreational classes will participate in a winter show in January and our annual spring recital in June. Our competition teams will perform at 2-4 local competitions and will take part in performances for local events in our community. Our competition teams will also participate in our two yearly shows.
Biddeford Youth Arts Scholarship Program
Our Vision
Biddeford Youth Arts Scholarship fund (a Heart of Biddeford 501(c)(3) initiative) strives to remove financial barriers for children and youth eager to explore arts enrichment opportunities. Scholarships support visual art, dance, theater, and music lessons. Scholarships will cover tuition for community-based arts education in Biddeford, Maine.
While Biddeford is experiencing a cultural renaissance, many families still face economic challenges that make arts programming inaccessible. We believe that cost shouldn't hinder creativity, self-expression, and personal growth. Yet, local arts classes often require fees that are out of reach for many families. This program ensures that all children-regardless of household income can benefit from the confidence, skill-building, community connections, and personal fulfillment that arts participation fosters. This scholarship program directly invests in Biddeford's next generation of artists, performers, and creative thinkers, making the arts a real option for every kid, not just those who can afford it.
