I have been dancing for the past 18 years, studying a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and more. I have been instructing classes and choreographing for over 8 years and prior to this was an assistant instructor. Being an assistant instructor helped to grow my love for teaching and choreographing. During my high school years, I was part of the Thornton Academy Dance Company where I participated in several dance performances, Broadway style musical shows including Mary Poppins and West Side Story, as well as several conventions in the New England area, most notably NUVO. I am currently the Theater Director and Choreographer for the Saco Middle School Drama Club. I have been the director since 2023 and was the choreographer for 9 years prior to that. I have worked on musicals including Beauty and the Beast Jr, Aladdin Jr, Lion King Jr, Beetlejuice Jr, and most recently, Shrek Jr. When not in the studio teaching, you can find me behind the scenes to keep our studio running or in the Saco School System as a substitute teacher. I currently live in Biddeford with my boyfriend, Adam and our 2 cats, Leo and Kate. I can be found teaching a variety of styles this eason, but I can’t wait to be in the studio teaching our acrobatics and musical theater programs. I am so grateful for the support and I can’t wait to create a beautiful dance family with all of you!
