Registration can be completed online or in person with the assistance of our staff

Parents’ Guide to Online Registration and Portal

Setting Up Your Parent Portal Account:

*If you are already registered for the fall of the 2026-2027 season using the paper form, your classes and payments are already in the system, but you can still set up a Parent Portal account. Just follow the directions below, but no need to register for your classes using the Parent Portal. You will see all of this years classes and payments when you create your account.

  1. Visit the registration portal (button at the top) to be brought to our studio’s parent portal

  2. If you have already registered for a parent portal account, you can sign in to be brought to your account information

  3. If this is your first time, click “Create Account”

  4. Follow the instructions to create your account. Make sure you thoroughly fill out the information, especially the email address and phone number. The name should be the parent’s name, not the student's. You will fill out the student information in the next step. If you are a student, continue to fill out your information in this section.

  5. If you are taking classes, click “I take classes” at the bottom of the page, and it will have you fill out the rest of your information (gender and birthday). Everyone is required to put their date of birth. This will help the system determine what classes are available for your dancer.

  6. If you are a parent, you will be registering your child for classes, so click “add a student” and enter the student’s information. (If the child is already in our system, you will get a message that says “We found this account in our system already! ‘Childs name’ will be added to your account automatically when you save”) Continue with this step until you have added all the students you will be registering.

  7. Answer the security questions and check the box that says I am over 18. Make sure you read and accept our waiver before moving forward

  8. Once you save your account information, you will be brought to your parent portal homepage. This is where you can register for classes and see all of your account information.

Registering for Classes on the Parent Portal

  1. Once you have logged in to your parent portal account, click on " Register for classes” in the menu at the bottom of the screen

  2. When you click on register, you will be shown a list of classes available for each student on your account based on the age(s) of the student(s).

  3. Click the classes (listed under each student) that you would like to register that child for

  4. Click submit at the bottom

  5. Once you hit submit, the following message will appear at the top of the page: “Your registration is complete! Be sure to check your email for a summary. Click OK, and you will be brought to the student page.

  6. The studio will receive an email with your saved classes. We will then review your registration and set the proper tuition amount. Once your account has been updated and set correctly, you will receive an email from the studio with your monthly tuition for the season and information about payment options.

  7. Next time you log in to your parent portal, you will see how much you owe and can view a statement of charges

What Else You Can Do/See On the Parent Portal:

Shared Files: Music and specific class documents will be posted here for students to practice routines and more

Bulletin Board: Whenever we have updates we will post them on the bulletin board as well as send them in a mass email. Keep an eye on this section for important updates.

Manage Students: View your students’ information, including classes registered for, total tuition, and the date the next payment is due. You can also go here to add students to your account and view your weekly schedule

Calendar: The calendar shows classes (color-coded by student) as well as studio events

Waivers: Important waivers will be posted her for you to agree to

Costumes: Once costumes have been chosen, a picture and information for the costumes will be posted here. You will be able to view all of your students’ costumes.

Statement: View past payments and what is owed on your account currently

Account Settings: You can change your account details at any time for example phone number, address, email address, if anything changes

*If your child needs to drop a class for any reason, please do so on the parent portal and contact us so we are aware and can adjust your tuition accordingly.
